We all fuck up in life…. I can’t count the times where I have made decisions that were so wrong. I have accepted situations that I should have done something about… and didn’t.

But no longer. My physio has opened up the world to me again. I am back in the gym and swimming … I made the mistake of accepting my limitations… putting up with a lesser life because I thought (mistakenly) that nothing could be done.

I am so glad I was proved wrong!
