Joined my local Gym at The Picture of Health (Keavil House Hotel) … have my induction on Thursday at 5pm and then all systems go …
Really nice guy, I was having a laugh with him and said “you will have to be gentle with me, I’m old and fat” … and he replied … “give me until June and you will be bold and fit” … I like his attitude … I don’t think I’m going to get away with much!
Friday is my big day … stop smoking and will go to the gym after a couple of funerals I have to take …
I’m really excited!

This is so true … my wee Sprout has been my saviour over the past year …. and to think I dated someone who said “did you not realise how a pup would affect our lives” …. how pathetic.
