But eventually you realise you were just a stop gap… and you wasted 3 years of your life to a liar, a cheat and a fraud.

We all fuck up in life…. I can’t count the times where I have made decisions that were so wrong. I have accepted situations that I should have done something about… and didn’t.

But no longer. My physio has opened up the world to me again. I am back in the gym and swimming … I made the mistake of accepting my limitations… putting up with a lesser life because I thought (mistakenly) that nothing could be done.

I am so glad I was proved wrong!

… and I intend to be a woman who makes someone feel loved every single day.

That someone lies to you because they want to protect your feelings. They lie to stop them having to face up to themselves…. and will continue to do so.

Walk away from these people, they will never benefit your life.

The weather is horrible now… really had to battle with myself to come to Zumba… gym and pool are empty! Not sure how many will turn up for Zumba… but I’m here!! Just…

Life is being very kind to me at the moment. My weight is dropping off… my fitness is improving dramatically, and most importantly I am no longer trapped by constant pain. There are other things that are making me smile too… all in all I can’t wipe the smile off my face!
