Sometimes in life we just have to stop. Look around, weigh things up and be honest with ourselves.
I have always said that I have at last found myself and I truly believe I have.
Behind me I have a life that I have lived to the full. I have achieved a lot, lost a lot, laughed a lot and cried a lot.
I have lived and I wouldn’t change a thing.
My way’s are not always right for other people but they are right for me.
If I was asked to describe myself in 10 words they would be
- Friendly
- Honest
- Open
- Grumpy
- Loving
- Kind
- Fat
- Impatient
- Sorted
- Lesbian
But I stress this is how I see ME! … I would love to see how others see me .. be honest .. no offence will be taken .. honest!

I too, through life experiences and finding the inner me, know who I am, though I accept the learning continues and I am glad that I will be challenged until the day I die because the process of being challenged and learning from it helps me to like myself more, be more content and at ease with life and me.
Your invitation is interesting for me because we have never met, the me who is visible to one and all is saying I have no right to make any comment as I have never physically met you in person. The inner me, however, is saying I know the essence of you and because of this I continue to be in touch and will meet with you one day soon.
I didn’t have to think long and hard with my list, I may be entirely wrong but it is what I sense and my senses have never let me down, they guide me and give me the confidence I sometimes need when I have to walk in the dark.
So in no particular order –
1. Quick witted – a humour that is sharp, clever and covers all bases
2. Thoughtful – thinks of others and considers situations
3. Sarcastic – in humour and in anger
4. Generous – with words and actions
5. In control – manages life well
6. Loyal – stands by true friends
7. Trustworthy – your word is your bond
8. Confident – does not shy away from challenging situations
9. Loving – as in nature/personality – not sex
10. Imaginative – there are no boundaries to what goes on in your head, and heart
Oh and if I am allowed one more –
11. Annoying – particularly when in holiday mode!!!

dammit I forgot Annoying on mine too … I like to annoy people .. so perhaps I should also add Awkward!
Looking forward to meeting you in person for the barbie .. should be a great weekend .. I may have 3 or 4 staying for the weekend now! I had better get bacon in!
